Hey guys!
I know it has been a couple of days, but I have been a little busy..which is good!
Today..I am feeling a little down :(
Some days you need support. Moral support. Atta boy support. You can do it support.
Today, I needed a pat on the back.
A little encouragement. There was none to be had.
I am trying to be more positive. Truly trying to change myself from the inside out...but day like today I fall back into my "negative nancy" mode.
I am a new decorator. Sometimes things are trial and error. I can bake my ass off, but the decorating thing is new. I am often filled with self doubt about what I create. I know that we are harder on ourselves than others..and I know "haters gonna hate", but sometimes self doubt is quite gripping.
I will post pics of what I have been working on.
admittedly not my best work. I did the character free hand and it was the first time I have used fondant to make a character. Be kind!

Today was pie day...As will be tomorrow!

How is everyone?
Well, I decided to try a different kind of fondant.
I made buttercream fondant instead of marshmallow.
Marshmallow is still my favorite.
I did 2 mock birthday cakes today.
Hope to get some good feedback.

Busy! Yeah!
Made cakes and pies,  got my chicken coop ready and made some mock wedding cakes.!
Business is moving..slowly..but moving
I am so happy!

I used the marshmallow fondant..it was fairly easy to work with!
I am so proud of myself!

Good morning all!
I am sorry I have been MIA the last couple of days..
I had a very emotional Monday.
My 4 month old puppy got really sick, really fast and we had to put her down yesterday. Heart wrenching!
To make this horrible situation worse, my boy had just come home from his mother's. So..He had to be here for this horrible decision.
We are all recuperating.
I still have not tried making the fondant yet..maybe I will bake today to ease my mind.
Hopefully, I will post some happier things later this week.
